Question for experienced agent/broker?
I have been a steam coal agent/broker for 4 years, but I never manage to finalize a contract between buyer and supplier.The problems always come from the buyer end, unmatched specification, a very low price, and the worst is some of them inquire to me but when I replied they ignored as if I'm a fraud or spammers.Is there something wrong? I've seen people becoming successful and able to finalize several times.
