Does a corporation need a vendors license to buy wholesale?
We are a condominium association registered as a corporation and would like to buy landscaping products as well as washing machines and hot water heaters. Is this possible?

Does a corporation need a vendors license to buy wholesale?
Purchases mainly depend on tenders for its own use. But for business purpose, one should have a valid license for trading of the item. However there are so many items which do not require a license for trading except the general trading license. Those are called free trading merchandise. Again this depend upon country and local policies even.Check first at the site and situation, and then decide.

  Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ (GS):COST) Company Financials ... But atsome point, a vendor's going to realize that option is open. .... What does Incorporated mean in terms of W2 to Corp-Corp Is this ... Buying products wholesale do you need to prove you are a dealer or can anybody buy product wholesale? ..
