How to get the consumer products (e.g. cellphones, cameras) from manufacturer in wholesale rates for retail?

I am planning to start an online shopping portal in India. I am wondering how to get the consumer products (like cellphones, electronic products etc) in wholesale rate or directly from manufacturers.I tried to contact a few companies by emailing to their sales team ids, but no response.Do I have to contact the wholesale/national dealers of these companies? How to find out about them?Any suggestion/information is most welcome.

Manufacturers minimum qty. ship is (typically) one container load....If you want less than that, you should locate a local Distributor (most Mfg's will provide you a list of approved distributors in your area). NB. Distributors minimum Qty. is typically 1 pallet)
