Can I contribute to a solo 401(k)?
I am a startup business but am running at a net loss. For this tax year I will be getting a separation allowance from my current (soon to be former) full time employer. I want to take the sep allowance and put it into a new solo 401(k). Can I?

You can rollover funds as long as the rollover is completed within 60 days. You may want to consider a Keogh plan.

If you are self-employed, you can fund a SEP IRA.
