Customer support for reselling of web hosting?
I am looking to set up a reselling web hosting business, but as I am not able to man the customer support all the time, I am looking for a reselling company that ideally is based in australia (doesn't have to be though) and has staff who will check your support emails/tickets and respond as though it is you!

Customer support for reselling of web hosting?
Godaddy does that. I am not sure about a company in Australia though. You might contact Netports and ask.
