Default How would one go about selling a new business plan?

A business plan that has been very well planned is up for sale. It is fully completed. However, the product is in its' final faze. Collaboration under mfg.com received 9 quotes for this new innovation. I have taken 2 inventions and designed 1 perfect product. This may be hard to believe; therefore I have every letter, note, startup cost, 4 business plans + 1 updated, emails, web page, over 2500 pages of research, but most important, I have the locations for this vending machine business with media coverage on stand-by. CBL Properties has 159 locations 84 are shopping malls through-out 27 states. The biz is ready to begin in Asheville, NC. A biz plan has been written; and one biz plan written for an airport proves to earn over $9,000 a day with 51 machines. Also, this is a very new product that I plan to have put on the shevles. China sent me a sample pix today of the product. I perfer to have it made in Florida. I won't hear from them until Friday. The cost would be in the millions.

I'm not sure why someone would buy the actual business plan. If the product design is as good as you say it is, then the product would virtually sell itself to investors, and that is where the sales would go: to the product manufacturer, and not the person who put together the numbers. Sorry!

The first thing that turns people off from buying a business is hype... and your plan screams of it. Go back, check your predictions, revise your numbers to a more realistic level, cut out the hype words - "it _proves_ to earn over $9k/day..." No business plan proves anything... it only can make the case that it's a good idea.Once you have made it into a more realistic plan, try a website like bizbuysell.com or something like that.
