Motivation!

With a lack of sales in my business I am feeling very unmotivated to go into work, It feels like such a chore.
I am wondering if any of you have experienced this lapse of enthusiasm, and what steps you took to counteract it?

Hello 1942,

I have been in your situation before and it is not a nice one. Going into work and feeling like you are wasting your time without any sales. There are two pieces of advice I am going to give you:

1. HANG IN THERE! This recent "economic crisis" has caused a recent slow down throughout the entire economy. Australia is doing quite well in the scheme of things, springing back rather quickly, however things are still very unstable in certain areas of business. It was said to me from a smart business colleague "If your business can make it through these tough times and come out with a positive financial standing, you have a great business on your hands".

2. Keep yourself motivated by trying new sales strategies, advertising techniques and so on. This always seems to keep me motivated.

You should work smarter not harder to achieve better in life..

Think of better ways to sell your product and you will reach success..

As what our fellow members here have said, you should keep yourself motivated, try other things that you haven't done before. Hang on and exert more efforts.
