The Government's $42 billion economic stimulus package is a risky move however it will increase consumer and business confidence as well as encourage short term spending. Small retail business will notice a significant cash flow increase.

I do believe we will get the $900 in one lump sum, otherwise it would not be as affective in stimulating the economy. |
