What business structure should I register
I am going to start a video game company, which only has me.
But I have a couple of investors for the first project (not for the business, only the project) I am confused, should I register a partnership business structure or sole trader? Please help me with this, and if its one of them, then what are the legal documents that I should use to prove that those are my investors only for my first project? If I have such legal documents, will the ATO consider that only my share of profit is my taxable income? |
