- Experience in setting up and maintaining offshore companies;
- Experience in working with clients, able to find a correct approach;
- Economic education with a specialization in organization management in one of the best universities of Ukraine (Kiev National University named after T. Shevchenko);
- Great experience in communication with foreigners (used to live in USA for 1 year, took part in Future Leaders Exchange program);
- Knowledge of distinguishing features of the national market;
- Communicative, responsible, active, able to work in a team as well as alone, have the ability to find the way out of impasse, ambitious, persistent.
