Ex Wife has had her stuff in my bf's garage over 2 years!!!?

My bf's ex wife has had all her stuff from her failed business plus baby items books in his garage.we cannot even move around in there or put the cars in it. we have told her to get it out and given her ample time to do so. she claims she has no money although she gets more than enough support from her bf and her ebay biz. is this stuff legally his after 2 years,possesion law,when we say to her get it out she threatens to take the kids visitation away,his oldest son who is 12 was living with us and now she has revoked that. what can be done he is afraid she will take him to the cleaners she has sunk him in debt for her failed business and all the cars he got her and now has to file bankrupcy

this is what you do...type out a 30 day notice to remove her items HAVE IT NOTERIZED..this way it is legalstate you have 30 days to remove the items from my garage that I have stored for 2 years for you. If it is not I will be be forece to remove these items and do what I wish with them.Sign it AT the notery and make COPIESsend one to her in the mail CERTIFIED this way she cant say she did not get ithe also needs to take her to COURT over the boy

While I believe after all this time and you have notified her, you have the right to dispose of the things. But there is another way, charge her storage... by the time she pays storage it will be more than what she has is worth. At that time you will own the property to cover her bill.

Sounds as if the gentleman is unwilling to stand up to her. Get it across that she will loose her stuff AND be responsible for the son's upkeep herself if he files for bankruptcy. That should give her a good reality check.

She can not threaten to take the kids away for that reason. Call her bluff. The fact is that she needs to get her stuff and go.
