You need a domain name first of all. I use Godaddy bcz you can pay by Paypal and it's only about £10 - http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/default.aspthen you need hosting and I use Hostgator for that - http://www.hostgator.com/shared.shtml again you can pay by Paypal and it's only about £5 a month.After that it's a question of building your website!If you want to do it yourself I'd recommend Annabella's Html http://www.annabella.net/html.htmland also W3schools as good sources of information.http://www.w3schools.com/HTML/Good luck!

I use Yahoo for my domain and webhosting. They have a free site builder (if you're on a PC) that I've used to build my site and a couple others. I just signed up for paypal which I'll be adding to my site. They charge a very small percentage for their services.
