Has anyone ever left you negative ratings unfairly? I was lucky during my eBay days--my buyers and sellers were all fair. But a buyer left negative feedback for a friend of mine just because he didn't like the product once he got it--the item was exactly in the condition described, the buyer just didn't like it. He didn't even bother to contact my friend to see if she would refund his money (she would have), he just left the negative. Do sellers have any options in a case like this?
