OMG! Im Being Held to ransom over withdrawing feedback! Can I report them
I had a seller who sent me only half of what I paid for. He also held my money for over a week before posting my item. I paid by paypal which is immediate as you all know. When it did finally arrive, it was only half of what I paid for, so rightly I left him a neg. I actually said why it was a neg in the feedback. Not as described, and kept my money for a week before posting my item. Well, anyway to cut a long story short, they just bid on my last item for sale and won it under another ebay name with only 4 feedbacks. Two days ago they sent me an email from ebay asking for their feedback to be removed. I said, thank you for sorting out our problem by sending me what I was due....the other half of what I paid for....Plus he sent extras as well, but as I had never withdrawn feedback and Had a big zero for that on my feedback, I would rather keep it that way and not withdraw the feedback. I use that as a selling point on my auctions. Instead, if he replied to what I left, I would reply as well and let everyone know it was all hunky dory now. Well, now he has bid and won my item, and I guess the next step will be to get that withdrawl or leave me a negative. My first by the way. That is soooo under handed and should be against ebays rules. I dont know if it is or isnt against the rules, but it should be!! Does anyone have a link to reporting them to ebay?? Ive never had so many problems with buyers as what I have had this week. It is really off putting.
