Where can I buy original Japanese cars at manufacturer (discounted budget) prices -- other than on Ebay? Looking for used Japanese cars.I'm looking at Japanese cars that can be imported to Canada or Australia.

You cant ---- even if you could buy them from Japan they are not built for the USA domestic market and will not pass US emissions or safety standards.... Also you can not register a car brought over in a shipping container unless its 25 years old. The DMV in all states wont accept the Japanese title documents. Another thing. 2 guys I know bought cars from japan and had them shipped here.... They did some shady stuff with the VIN #s to get them registered and when they went to get them inspected the inspection stations computer plugged into the OBD2 port would not recognize the japanese domestic market computer.... It failed and no inspection sticker could be put on the car.... If you want a real japanese car then guess what? They are already here in the USA -- Not all Hondas, Acuras and Toyotas are built here in the USA --- Look at the VIN # of the car your interested and if it is a Japanese car then the first letter will be a "J"...... That means it was manufacturered in japan ------- If you are trying to get a Nissan Skyline R34 then it is impossible to get it registered --- Yeah Yeah Yeah there are folks who have done it but its extremely difficult -- especialy states that have a lot of emissions laws like california, new york or new jersey....
