Hello all,

Is there a way to uncheck the paypal payment box so that I dont receive fund via paypal? When I uncheck the paypal box, it keeps saying that you need to have it checked? I don't want it and I need someone here who can advice.

Thanks,

Some category's such as the Nintendo Wii category before Xmas (which was rife with scammers), you could only accept paypal, nothing else.

Yeh with high value items such as Wiis, Iphones etc im sure it was only paypal only before... correect me if im wrong.

To the OP, btw what items are you selling? This could determine whether your not allowed to not offer paypal.

I know that eBay is only using PayPal as its payment processor because it is their sister company. I can't think of another payment processor that they will be using along with PayPal.

Part of it is eBay's involvement with PayPal, but PayPal requirements are done in theory due to fraud. With PayPal, customers have a way to get refunded that doesn't occur with checks/money orders.
