1. Choose the right items to auction. Contrary to common belief, it is not always the case that vintage and antiques are the ones that are best auctioned. There are items that are modernized and yet sell like hotcakes in the market. It is just a matter of knowing what to sell and how to sell it right.

2. Choose the right words in providing description to your auctioned items. The more specific and the more details that you give, the more for the item to becoming a hot item. The worded descriptions can strongly destroy and make your item potentially sellable.

3. Always provide a picture or a graphical representation of the item that you are auctioning. If the worded descriptions do not play sufficient, then a picture can best suffice whatever is lacking. Make sure though that the picture is genuine and real.

4. Determine the best payment mechanism. The payment method is an important aspect of E-bay and auctions. Since the whole transaction is done online, you must be able to come up with a better way to pay the goods in a more comfortable way.

5. Keep your consumers updated. Even when the transaction has been made, keep your clients posted. It is one better way to build stronger business ties with them.
