Well, given the size of that country, some 2mln population and not really a high percent of Internet access i wouldn't count on on line advertising. It may only work if you have a product or service exclusively focused on people with Internet access. The main media sources inside the country could be newspapers radio and TV However, on-line marketing can work for out of the country - what i mean is advertising touristic packages online in other countries.
