Default MySpace

I was wondering if anyone here had any comments about drawing attention to their business offering using MySpace? I've no personal experience at all of MySpace but I've heard it's used like this. Wouldn't it take an awful lot of time to maintain to be worthwhile? Perhaps I'm too old to appreciate the benefits of social networking sites ?

I have of someone using Myspace to drive traffic to their sites, but I don’t know how they did it. Perhaps someone here can answer your question.

Good luck!

I never gave it a try though I really tried to take time for it but in vain. I registered with this site long time back but couldn't check it out. I checked out a video on how to get traffic using Myspace in Youtube.

Well if you know someone with lets say for instance 5000 friends on their myspace you could ask them to add your link on their emails to them,or do a product review or something like that on their page.

Youtube is a VERY VERY VERY good advertising tool if used correctley and so is myspace if you have a large friends list.

That is what I'm thinking about, but having someone to advertise for you is not easy. You may want to pay them to advertise for you.

I can imagine it working well in those circumstances. However, doesn't keeping a large number of friends on your list take time to maintain? Sorry to ask a daft question, but I've really no experience of these sites.

Did anyone check out Metacafe?? I checked out somewhere that we can make money online by uploading our videos and pay is based upon the number of views. Does anyone have any idea about it?? Does Youtube too pay for video loading and views??

It sounds familiar, although I don't know where did I heard of that site. I think the site has something to do with earning money from the web. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

Green-Moo, With myspace the hard part is getting the list large. There is NO maintenance required.
