Some one is using my photos to advertise for a club, I never signed any contracts what can I do about this?
The club is exploiting me, saying things that are not true, I'm starting a career in the entertainment business and this could be bad for my reputation.I did not give them permission to use the photos, and I did not sign any release forms, and they are advertising that me and the other girls on the flyer will be there performing a sexual freak show, at this nude club.

Get a lawyer and have him represent you and file charges. Or tell the Club your going to take legal action and see if that gets you what you want. But make sure you can prove everything.

Legally, the photos belong to whomever took the photos, if you gave them permission to shoot the picture. You may send them a cease and desist warning letter, but most likely they will ignore it. You dont say what things they are saying that arent true, but if they are, and its in writing, you can certainly seek redress for that.

What kind of club are you talking about and where did they get the photos they are using without your permission?

Did they even ask you? Is there proof that they are your pictures? I mean legal proof, not just that you say they are?Ok, then get a lawyer. ASAP.
