hi as you know scion tc's are said to be "fixed" in pricing. well we were looking for a new 2008 scion tc in our city so we began looking around. (i don't want to give too much info of the city and dealer....for now). well our city (metro area) has 4 scion dealerships. i then went online to thier specific dealer websites and found that they were quite the same. except one. one dealer had advertised "1500 off all scion tc's in stock." i printed the flyer and headed down there and first they said ..."if its on our site, then its good"......so we picked our car and then they came back saying that its only for 2007 tc's. i said then why when i clicked on the advertisment it showed all your 2007 and 2008's tc's. also the car pictured along with the advertisment is a big 2008 scion tc (you can tell the difference from the 2007 and 2008 from the headlights). we called scion headquarters and are still waiting. the dealer never took thier adverstisment down. what can i do next?

If you are simply wanting to have them punished, contact your State Attorney General's office.

Report it to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, Consumers affair and the Local DMV, it sounds like false advertisement. I would also contact the local news TV and Radio as well as the News Paper. They must honor there written ad. Hope this helpsGod Bless and Good Luck in your new car buy.

Not buy from the dealer to begin with, since they seem to be using bait and switch techniques to get people on the lot.File a complaint with the attorney general in your state if you're in the US.

give em hell till they agree...if not..threaten to take it to the news channels....most likely it will work
