I have been trying to push myself to go to the gym for probably over 2 years. However while i spend a lot of time online, and dont do any dedicated exercise, I have found that i am not that unfit. A lot of that probably comes down to that i work 5 nights a week on my feet for a solid 8 hours shift, and in that some do a fair amount of lefting and walking around. The one job i have found that is a replacement for going to the gym.
