So do any of you happen to remember the first time you used the internet? For the life of me I cannot seem to remember the first time I have used it. All I know is I use it constantly now.

Ditto Tater, I can't remember when I first used it. It's certainly a pretty major feature of life & business now, I wonder how we'd do without it.

I remember my father's first computer though. It probably had less brains than my mobile phone does these days, and that wasn't really that long ago ....

It is so weird to see how it has changed so much. I mean from having a business online to doing your banking online. Just such changes and probably way more to come.

I can remember it quite clearly.

I bought my own first computer about 12 years ago when I was 20 years old.
The amount of information available to me seemed amazing and my first attraction to the internet hasn't died off yet.

I have to admit I was fixed on porno sites at that time, and would view them until the early hours of the morning, 3-4am for the first few weeks of having the internet. I think this cut back to about 1am after a month or so. It made me very tired and fatigued at work though.

I'm glad I got onto it the way I did. I kept feeling I was missing out on something as there was alot of talk about the internet for a year or 2 before I got it for myself. Of all the people I know, not many of them use the internet regularly, which I find strange.

probably the first time i used the internet would have to be over 12 years ago i think, but even that could be taking a blind guess, i know i did not really use it much in the early years of primary school, however i know i was using it quite a lot in high school so i guess there was some period before that i really caught on.
