First of all, congrats to you on finding something that you enjoy and seeing a way to make a career opportunity out of it. That is awesome! Community colleges are a fantastic way to start. Most will offer some variation of an associate's degree in business. That will get you the basics of what you need. If you need a bachelor's degree to rise to the level that you want with Costco (or any other company that you choose), you can always transfer to a four-year school upon completing your associates. Your first step is to talk to an admissions rep at your local community college to see what your major options are and what classes you should take. You may also consider talking to your manager at Costco to get his/her advice and to see what kind of flexibility you can get with your hours to take classes. Finally, some large companies offer employees incentives or scholarships to go to college if the major applies to the company. See if Costco does this and what the requirements will be.

you can't actually major in anything at a community college. When you major in something you are implying a 4 year college and a Bachelor's degree. Community college is just 2 years and you walk out with an Associates degree. You are looking for a program in Business management which will give you a taste of all aspects of business.

Starting out in a community college is a good way of getting your general classes out of the way. But you will need to transfer to a 4 year college to finish up your degree. Even if you don't want to be an accountant you will have to take some math classes. Ask the general managers what they major/minored in in college. Let them know you are interested in your future at Costco. Talk to the advisers at your local community college. And degree in college takes work and is not "easy". Community college have lots of free resources to help you out. Tutors, writing centers study groups etc. Use them!!!
