Customer Bought Wholesale clothing from my warehouse, he gave me half upon shipment and a check for the other half once he received the shipment and the second check did not go through. Its been atleast a couple months and I am not able to make any sort of contact with him, he does not answer the phone nor his email. This client is in New Jersey and I am in miami. I am out 3500$ how can I seek legal action to reclaim most of the money he won't provide me with?.
