I want to buy clothes wholesale and sell them online, what are the legal aspects I need to take care of?How do I go about buying wholesale-do I need a tax id # or something else and how do I get it?Do I need a business license, how do I get that?Anything else I need to take care of? How about the IRS, any forms for them?Any advice you can give me is greatly appreciated.I need to add, I actually want an online store, possably at an auction site. And I really am not considering dropshippers at this point.

You can get lots of info here: www.businesslink.gov.ukI dont think you need to declare anything until you start making profits.The government give lots of time for entrepreneurs to start their business.you will notice that over time, you will require starting from forming a company, opening bank accounts,(also online merchant account), recruiting accountants and legal support,or any kind of insurance.For the time being, try to get someone like a management/business student to help you out with paperworks and starting up. The Small Business Administration has lots of information to help you get started: sba.gov They also have SCORE counselors spread around the US to help you write a business plan, find loans, be aware of all the regulations/laws you must comply with. GOOD LUCK!
