For a couple of years now I have sold designer clothing online around Texas and done really well. I do not buy the clothing from the actual designer but i buy them wholesale from a supplier. Is that okay to do that? Also the purses i sell online have the mirror image quality and still have the logo on it can i sell those in the store or only online? What would I need to open up a boutique here in the city. There are several stores here that sell way high priced designer clothing andwas wondering how did they do it? Thank you.

If you are selling knock-off's of designer products with the designers label, but not their approval... you are only one step ahead of the copyright police....If you open a store.. you won't be....

Mirror image quality is still FAKE, counterfeit is illegal.
It is both illegal online and offline...I would be quite careful as to how you go about your business, you are in danger of prosecution and huge fines for even possessing fake items in commercial quantities, let alone if they can prove you are selling them.

Personal advice?...dump the counterfeit products, it is illegal, immoral and from a business point of view, not sustainable.
