Adsense ads?

I have a website, a social networking site niche, its not very competitive, not even in adsense sandbox, now when it isnt competitive, should i do google adsense to boost the traffic? if yes then what should be the ideal ppc, 1, 0.1, 0.001, 0.0001?Is there any need for SEO or other type of linking also, can i depend on adsense alone for atleast it reaches alexa 5,000-10,000 [m saying this coz i dont have competition in adsense in my niche]

Adsense will not boost traffic. I think you mean Adwords - where you pay for adverts that will bring people to your site.As for whether it's worth it, it depends how much you want to pay out, and whether it's important for you to have a lot of traffic rapidly. If your site is good, it should grow organically, albeit slowly, over the months as people link to it and recommend it. TSEO just means search engine optimisation - it's nothing to do with linking. It's a good idea to ensure that your site has good, clean code, and the correct headings, and so on, but you can find all you need about SEO online. Certainly no need to pay out for it. Alexa ranking is almost irrelevant, it relies on people using the Alexa toolbar (most don't).
