I have designed a blog in blogspot.com. But in new features of blogger, how i can upload a template in my blog? I am trying to upload template from last 10 days, but not have found solution, If someone have done work on new blogger design and implementation, Please suggest me?

Steps:

1. Go to Layout
2. Edit HTML =( Now you must BACKUP your current template,before install the new template.)
3. Click on "Browse".
4. .Now select your new blogger template file (it there as a xml file) and click on "Open".
5. Click on "Upload".
6. Now confirmation message will appear.Click on "KEEP WIDGETS".
7. You are done.

I have got only these option after click on layout:

"Rearrange your gadgets by dragging them to dotted sections in the preview below.
Go to Design > Page Elements in Blogger to add, remove or edit gadgets."

where is "Edit html"?
