Default Contract translation English to German: what's "mandatory relief", is "keep information under access" correct?

It says in the original, that the company is entitled to enfore certain obligations by seeking temporary or permanent conjunction or mandatory relief. What's mandatory relief? (ideally in German, otherwise please describe in detail in English). And is the English original text correct if one company requires the other to "keep all confidential information under ACCESS, with restrictions sufficient to prevent copying etc.". Shouldn't it say "under wraps"? And is the following sentence complete? "The parties’ obligations under this Agreement shall survive the termination of the business relationship, in any, between the parties." Isn't a word missing after "in any"? Please help. Also, if anyone knows where to find legal phrases and terms, ideally an English-German glossary, online, that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
