How long does it take for a new google adwords account to become active?
Hi
I joined google adwords 6 hours ago and was told that my adverts would be running soon. However, i still don't have any live adverts and everything in my account looks fine and i have made a £5 deposit to activate the account. How long does it usually take? Anyone any ideas why the ads arent live? |

Hello, I think it does take its time, be patient and your ads will be up and running shortly.

When your a new adwords user you can be ramdomly selected for a personal review before your ads become live. Its hit and miss!
Are you SURE they arnt already running. If you go into an adgroup and hover your pointer over the magnifying glass it will tell you. Another option is to simply pause the campagin and start a new one! This one could be active within 15 min! |
