Can I suggest that you provide a little more information regarding the opportunity that you are offering people.
You might want to explain:
What type of business or product.
What skills they need in particular.
Do they have to be an equity partner? (provide finance / buy in)
Do they have to hold stock?
Are they required to hold any permits or licenses?
Etc...
I'm sure you will get a lot more response from interested parties then.
