Default What prices do ppc campaigns normally range in?

What type of prices do ppc ads normally run. I realize that it'snot in stone, just looking for a range. Thanks

Completely depends on the key word. I have been told the google have hiked up the prices on some key words lately - not sure if thats true.

Typically I find that the words I am playing with bookkeeping etc... cost around $1.20-3 sometimes more.

I try to limit my bits to about $1.50 - but that often means I miss out on page 1... I guess it all depends how important it is to you.

The only thing I will say is dont wast your money if you dont have a solid strategy to turn visits into inquiries

There is no set number, and it can vary based on which engine you're advertising with, what your keywords are and your ad's quality score (if you're using Google).

You can get as low as 0.01 per click (maybe less) and as high as 50.00 per click (or more)...

But, you can use Google's traffic estimator to estimate things better than my range of a penny to $50:

adwords.google.com/select/Traffi…

Just type in your keyword(s) (one word/phrase per line) and then scroll to the bottom & hit continue - you'll see the estimated daily clicks plus the cost per click to get your ad in the top 3 spots
