Employ cheap labour to work in your business?

Hi everyone,

Can i bring in any cheap labour from outside country into Australia legally? Because i plan to a small business in future.

I would like to pay cheap labour for AU$350 per month and make a contract between me and my employee. Which mean my employee strongly agree with this condition too. I won't force them to sign the contract. I have no idea whether it break the employment law or not.

I had read the Australia Law that they had set the minimum salary rate for every labour with AU$10??? per hours. No body afford to pay that just to run their small business while the owner of the business even make profit lower than employee. A lot of small business failed due to the rental and high salary rates.
