Hey i'm new to the site and i'm sorry in advance if i'm posting this on the wrong section of the forum.

I want to start a business in Australia, i've already been accepted for a working holiday visa. I want to register a website now, and apparently I need an ABN number or ASIC number to do so. Do I have to be a resident or declare a residence to have one of these numbers? Is there a way for me to make a website for my company that I want to trademark without being a resident or having a job lined up? Do I need residency or a job lined up to set up a TFN number? Thanks so much!
