im wanting to do ebay and i know some of you may not tell me because then it will hurt your business but there are lots of peeps on ebay who use dropshipping companies, im a stay at home dad for the most part and need something to do, so any good advice would help

Dropshipping on ebay is an invitation to disaster.If the drop-shipper isout of stock, you wait until they have stock again. You wind up getting a neg from an unhappy customers. 2 negs and you're in the soup.Thedropshippers are oversold on ebay as well, so you're going to have hundreds of identical products to compete against. You'll get lost in the crowd.Stay away from dropshippers.If you can't stock the product and sell at a profit, it's the wrong product for ebay.

I agree with the other response, it is cut throat on ebay with many sellers using the same dropshippers.You might want to buy from various wholesalers and stock it yourself. You would have better luck promoting Ebay's Affiliate program which pays you 25 bucks for each signup. not to mention being paid for each winning bid.

Drop shipping is tough because you do not have a control of inventory as mentioned before. The only good database for a lot of wholesalers I could find was onesource by Worldwide Brands. I tried few others and they were so much more expensive that it was cheaper for me to buy inventory at walmart and resell it on eBay But there are so many other things you can do. What about becoming an affiliate marketer and promoting ebay products?
