New supplier
A contact of mine in China has agreed to purchase & dropship items on my behalf. I would like to put together some basic working guidelines (I hesitate to call it a contract, though I suppose really that is what I'm referring to), but never having worked with dropshippers before I'm uncertain as to what it should contain. Any advice or suggestions please?

Hello Green-Moo,
You should really talk to someone involved in writing such legal agreements up. There is alot to think about when it comes to dropshipping, especially if you are giving them an account with your business allowing them to pay once a month.
