Bluemountain automatically charged my paypal without asking me?
A year ago I wanted to try out and send a card, but it said i needed to register an account, so i registered my paypal and sent 1 card. Then after the free week or month expired, without asking me or notifying me through email, they charged my paypal account. I tried to look at the user settings, or the options field in bluemountain there is none that says "cancel account/membership". YOU NEED TO CALL THEM UP.I think this is a lousy way of forcing people to join. I called a lousy customer service who in some way semi-insulted me that its just 15 bucks and it was my fault. So ok i get that, it may be my fault i didnt "call" them. So im booked for a year with something i cant use since that much.I wanted to cancel it right now but such a thing doesnt exist on their user interface, i am overseas at the moment so i cant exactly "call them". Can anyone offer me any tips?Thanks. Im pretty sure by the time my account expires it will just automatically charge again without asking
