Default Buyer Protection and China.

If I have the supplier from china send me a paypal request for the amount due. Am I entitled to claim the money back if anything goes sour??

Acording to what i known, you could ask your money back if you find something strange!Paypal always standing by customers! So most reliable sellers use paypal.

Your entitled to claim back by you reporting it then paypal does it thing with requesting information about companies involed prove of stock. It freezes accounts of company on paypal ect ect.

Don't bet on it.

If your supplier sent you a brick in the post and provided proof of delivery to a confirmed address, I believe Paypal would side with the supplier.

Yes, paypal need a proof of delivery to side with the supplier - without one the customer is always right!
