Chargeback without Credit Card?
Hello there,
I was wondering, is it possible to file a chargeback or something similar without having a credit card on your paypal. At the moment, I have my bank on my paypal account which is for withdrawing and depositing funds, but I have read around that you can only really carry out a charge back if you have a credit card? Regards |

You can carry out a claim through PayPal however you use their services. You can't file a chargeback, not one that is associated to credit card policies anyhow as you don't have one. Under the disputes column in your PP account is where you would find this facility.

The PayPal dispute system applies to any PayPal transaction, not just those carried out through eBay.
You cannot do a charge back through your card issuer, like Anthony said, as you do not have a credit card. So your relying on PayPal to get your money back, if anything does go wrong. Which I certainly wouldn't do. |
