not that i know of, but paypal is the safest way to transfer funds over the net.... i hate them because they are accosiated with ebay, and i hate ebay, but other than that, paypal is very safe

First of all paypal is a safe method of payment, but for internet businesses it is not always the ideal method. Many people with totally legit internet businesses have there paypal accounts frozen. Other great alternatives are alertpay and google checkout, they are excepted in more countries.There are also many internet businesses that are not scams.
