I ordered something online, it was a special order so it took 6 weeks. It was nothing like the picture or description on the website, and there's no "no returns" policy stated, so I returned it. I have proof of delivery and that they signed for it. I never got a refund. I have contacted them 5 times and they refuse to respond. It was more than 45 days since the purchase was made so PayPal will not help me, and neither will my bank. What can I do now?

It's important to know the return policy from the vendor. Since it said no returns, it sounds like you're stuck. You should always call or email first before shipping something. You should email them (for paper trail) and explain that you sent the item back, and it's arrived there. Ask them if they agree that it looks nothing like the image and ask for some help with it. If they are reputable, they should do something to help you.

first you should check if they have a money refund garenteed program thing. if so then you should write them a secere letter stating that what they are doing is not right and that what they are doing is robbing you. plus you should warn them that if they dont give you back your money then you are going to sue them. if you dont want to sue than you should state that anyway just to scare them into giving you your money back. but if there is no money back program then you just learned a valubal lesson on how buying things from the internet isnt alwase safe and how you should be careful and look if they return money good luck :]
