Ok, i need a new phone and i want to buy a phone on ebay becuase my contract isnt over and i dnt have insurance. I found a great deal on a phone...but they only accept paypal.My mom always lets me borrow her american express card when i buy things online.This paypal thing is confusing and since its not my card im very hesitant about the whole thing. What should i do....should i sign my moms card to pay pal...? is it safe?What are the steps on signing up for paypal..how long does it take to get verified...and is it hard to understand....is the whole process time consuming and dificult?
