Yeah I've been hearing stories all over the internet about the end of the world and the mark of the beast and whatever. But apart from the internet I've never even heard of the microchip. I see the microchip as a governments dream, but it's unpractical, many would refuse it, and it would make payments considerably harder. Many hardcore fundementalists claim it will be the sole method of buying and selling.. even that would be enough for the government to halt its plans in the near future. Tell me, what is going to happen in our lifetimes?

RFID is a small capsule with an ID number. It CAN be implanted (this is done to dogs so they can be identified if they run away and are found). Those new cars with the feature that allows you to just push a button to start them as long as the key is in your pocket.... That's because there's an RFID in the key... so if you had the RFID implanted in your hand, you could forget the key. Some conspiracy theorists think there's a plan somewhere to require people to have them implanted for identification purposes. It won't ever happen.

Here's something to think about. Why is it that web sites want to put tracking cookies on your computer?Along those lines:How will it benefit corporations to be able to track consumer behavior? Would there be any significant gains financially in being able to streamline marketing approaches by taping into an enormous database of consumer behavior?Would there be a significant financial gain by implanting a tracking device into consumers that perpetually monitors behvior and reports that behvior to an enormous database?Also, could legal authorities control crimal behavior by implanting a tracking device that monitors and reports your whereabouts at all times therefore being able to put you at a scene of a crime?Also, would there be an economic benefit by eliminating personal debit cards and personal checks by significantly reducing identity theft?Also, would customs agents and border patrol be able to better monitor foreigners and illegal immigrants by tracking movement and behavior? Also elimnate the Passport completely? So if the answer to all these questions is YES, then it stands to reason that the NEXT LOGICAL step in human progress is to begin a Global RFID implant system.And if you believe that the Bible is the Word of God, then you would begin to believe that what is mentioned in the Book of Revelations about the Anti-Christ forcing all humans great and small rich and poor to receive a number in their forehead or in their right hand. What's more, this would have been pretty much impossible just thirty years ago. However with the internet and modern sattelite systems. It's already in process. So therefore, some of us do believe that the VeriChip is a precursor to the actual mark of the beast and would rather NOT be tricked into accepting something that could easily be activated into being the mark.
