hi dont know if anyone will be able to help me here but i just thought its worth askin at the least so anyway the problem is as follows i paid for a job lot of 7 prada jackets through pay pal which i won on ebay however when i won them i paid for them a day after i had won them then a day after i had paid ebay emailed me saying listing has been removed so i should no longer pay for this item..

So anyway in time the items arrived but they are clearly 100% fakes a blind man could see there fake they are really poor quality and just generally not good jackets at all.

I am trying to put in a pay pal dispute however the seller is no longer a registered user but ebay cannot say why for privacy reasons but they did say it could be because he is supsended or he is no longer registered so i just wondering if any of you knew if i had any chance what so ever of getting my money back i know iv lost the postage and packaging money but i just want most of my money back does anyone know my chances??

I just wonder how could people could just sell such stuff on Ebay. I am not so sure that you might be able to get back the money you spent. I found certain cases wherein the account of a person was tracked on Ebay and all transactions were made using his account. May be you can sell it somewhere else.....it would be the only option.

Hello Bilgers,
I am 100% certain you can get a complete refund through ebay.
The guy was probably suspended due to selling fakes, if you contact ebay through a "item not received as described form" they WILL refund you.
