Default Paypal Chargeback on Services Provided?
Hi,I am an independant transcriptionist. Working on Craigslist I receieved a project doing 40 hours of transcription. I explained to the lady that I was working on multiple projects but she agreed to be flexible with her sechdule. Then she grew very impatient and now today shes threatening to do the Paypal refund process on me which is how she paid me a flat rate to do the work. I have done over half of her work for her. Will Paypal choose her because this is a non-ebay transaction. I am so upset.Thanks for any help~
