Default A question about sellers on ebay?

I purchased a ps3 game as listen on ebay from a seller in the US and im from australia, i have tried emailing him three times in regards to my item and have not received a word of response. Im pretty annoyed because im paying for this and he had enough time to give other sellers feedback in the last day or so but not enough time to reply to the person who is giving him business. What should i do? im currently in the process of paying for the item via paypal.i cant cancel the transaction, the item was cheaper than most and it was ending so i just grabbed it, i rang up paypal and its not a transaction that i can cancel since the email isnt fake, they have their own online store, and they have the same item up for sale again now so i doubt they could be fake, maybe they just havent bothered since the payment is still pending?>

Send him one more email explaining that you haven't received any item or correspondence from him. Tell him this is you last email, and that you will be giving him bad feedback, and obviously will not be paying him.

When dealing with Ebay sellers, and Paypal, one must be careful as to how they make the deal. Buyers have the protection of being able to purchase their "insurance" where if the seller doesn't hold up to the deal, then the buyer may get their money back. Paypal isn't what it used to be though, since they were bought out by Ebay. IMHO Ebay is on the decline, and the some of the sellers that remain aren't the most loyal of characters. With all the constingencies that Ebay puts on sellers, it makes it hard for them to make a profit, and alot of times this may drive an otherwise good seller to turn bad. It could also be that he/she has overlooked your request. That doesn't seem likely though to me, as for I always check my auctions when they end, and am usually very quick about responding to any mails I may incurr. If I were you, I wouldn't make payment until I heard from him. Then again, now that I think of it, maybe they aren't the type that does emails. Maybe when you pay for it, they will see that you paid, and ship it to you. It's hard to say for sure, but I would hold off paying until I knew for sure if I were you.

Some sellers rarely use there e-mail service. You may try to contact the seller via ebay account. At the end of the day. e-mail and ebay account are to very different things. Good luck.PS. If the very same item is up for auction this means your transaction has already been cancelled and item relisted
