scam seller?

Hi all,I bought some stuffs from website. It cost me about $1100. It was Armani Jacket and something else. Armani Jacket is half of price($580). Though when it arrived, i found out it's not Armani brand but some brand i never seen before. This brand of jacket is sold on ebay for only $9.99 I tried to contact them to return but they ignored me. I reported to Paypal but they said they don't protect me from that, so i can not get my money back. Please show me the way to get my money back. Is that bbb(better business bureau) can help to resolve this problem? If i contact my bank(i use my bank card to pay) will they help me with that? Is that enough to sue them? I have many evidents showed that this one sells fake items and there is another one got cheated from this for $180 many thanksI know where they are. They are in our country United States.I bought this not from ebay but from a website and they are in US

If it is too good to be true then it is, lesson learned.You could file a small claims against them if you know the county they are in

If pay-pal will not take care of it I would send a message to eBay directly requesting assistance. Yes pay-pal is owned by eBay but I have found that sending a email detailing the problem and the resolution you are seeking moves things along much faster. Also if you used your bank card then you should be able to do a charge back or dispute the charge making sure to explain that you were charged for something but received something else. Make sure to show your proof when making your claim so your dispute will have a greater chance of being approved. The BBB will only only document the problem it will still be up to you to get it resolved. I hope this helps you.
