scam website?

Hi all,I bought some stuffs from website. It cost me about $1100. It was Armani Jacket and something else. Armani Jacket is half of price($580). Though when it arrived, i found out it's not Armani brand but some brand i never seen before. This brand of jacket is sold on ebay for only $9.99 I tried to contact them to return but they ignored me. I reported to Paypal but they said they don't protect me from that, so i can not get my money back. Please show me the way to get my money back. Is that bbb(better business bureau) can help to resolve this problem? If i contact my bank(i use my bank card to pay) will they help me with that? Is that enough to sue them? I have many evidents showed that this one sells fake items and there is another one got cheated from this for $180 many thanksThey are in our country United States.I bought this not from ebay

If you can prove that they advertised the jacket as being genuine you may be able to sue them in small claims court. I saw a case like that on Judge Judy with a Fendi bag that was a fake. Thats probably about all you can do at this point.

A little late now but don't buy designer clothing off the internet unless you are dealing with a very well known retailer. The vast majority of it is fake and knock-offs.If you paid with with pay-pal any they won't help you with a charge back then going to your bank won't help either. All your bank can do is reverse you pay-pal transfer and then you pay-pal account will be in the negative.You could try to sue them in small claims court but the effort would not be worth it over $580. I would contact Armani and report the site. This is a violation of the Armani brand and goodwill and they will enforce it aggressively.Edit: Corp's suggestion below is valid if you used the card to pay for the purchase but from your post it seems like you used the card to fund PayPal and then used PayPal to pay for the purchase. If that is the case then you can't dispute the charge since that would only lead to having a negative PayPal balance and then PayPal will seek restitution from you.
