I am starting a website and i need a paypal card so people can purchase stuff from my site but iam only 16 and i dont know how i would get a card to do this?

You can have them put money into your paypal account but you can only pay for items using the paypal account. You can't get the money out unless you can withdraw the money into a bank account, have your mom or dad set up a bank account for you then add you to their account. then you should be able to withdraw the funds.also try going to a check cashing store and ask for a reloading debit card. there are other methods but I can't advise that to you.
